Safety Terms & Conditions

We are so excited to welcome you back to mesh! In an effort to support the ongoing health of our staff, clients and community, we are expanding our safety procedures and following all state-mandated orders.

While we strive to maintain an exceptional client experience, we also want to ensure that we create a viable space that allows us to remain open and offer services to as many of our clients as possible.

 Here’s what you can expect at your appointment:

  • Once you arrive at Mesh, please call or text to let us know you’ve arrived. Please wait in your car while your stylist disinfects your station. Once your station is ready, we will notify you via text.

    • Please leave as many items and belongings as possible in your car, including magazines, books, and jackets.

    • Children, family members and friends may not accompany you to your appointment.

    • At this time we are by appointment only. If you need to make a product purchase, please call us and we can assist you over the phone.


  • Prior to the start of your service, your stylist will conduct a brief 1-2 minute screening, take your temperature and offer you gloves, hand sanitizer and a mask.

    • To maintain the health and safety of our team and clients, we are required to reschedule anyone whose temperature is over 100 degrees.

    • Please wear your mask and gloves for the duration of your appointment.


  • If you are receiving a color service, we will escort you to your car while you process.

    • While you’re processing, we will disinfect your station.

    • We will come get you once you’re finished processing.


While adhering to state sanitization guidelines has always been a priority a Mesh, we realize some of these new requirements may feel strange— We understand.

please note: clients are required to fill out a new client form or returning client form on the day of their appointment, or 14 days prior to their appointment.
